Updating Contact Information

If you have moved or changed any of your contact information, please DO NOT re-register online at the PSD website (option 3 below). This creates an additional fee of $6.50 for the school each time this happens. Instead, please fill out an application (options 1 or 2 below) and write "update only" on the top. If you prefer, you may e-mail contact information to volco@ridgeviewclassical.com.

Registering to Volunteer

Every Ridgeview volunteer needs to register with Poudre School District before they will be allowed to check into the school with a valid name badge. Please register by:

1. Completing an online application at the PSD Share It! website.

2. Reviewing and signing a Ridgeview Volunteer/Confidentiality Agreement. These agreements are available at the front or volunteer desk at RCS.  Once signed, please return it to the RCS Front desk with your picture ID available for verification.  

Once you have completed an online volunteer application, you will receive an e-mail from PSD that your application is in progress. If you do not get this initial e-mail within three days, please contact the Volunteer Coordinator, volco@ridgeviewclassical.com as your application may not have been completed in full. The application process can take up to ten business days. After you are approved, you will receive an e-mail confirmation from the RCS Volunteer Coordinator outlining any necessary steps to be taken to complete the process. 

Communication re: volunteer opportunities appear regularly in The Nuntius and you will receive announcements from the Volunteer Coordinator and your particular Classroom Volunteer Coordinator.  If there are specific areas in which you would like to volunteer and cannot find information, please feel free to contact, the Volunteer Coordinator, volco@ridgeviewclassical.com.

Your Volunteer Time Counts – Please Log your Hours

Thank you for all the great volunteer efforts you have made on behalf of Ridgeview Classical Schools. Your time is not only greatly appreciated but is also reported to Poudre School district. The number of volunteer hours demonstrates just how wonderful our volunteers are here at RCS. You can log those hours at the Volunteer Center at RCS or from your home. Here is how:

At RCS Volunteer Center – scan your RCS barcode namebadge and select the appropriate link for the task you would like to perform.  You can either "log in" to volunteer at the time (remember to scan again to "log out" and automatically log hours.  OR select "log previous hours" to log hours you have previously completed.  

At home – use PSD Share It! website.  Log in with your username and password then enter hour hours on the form.
