Events at Ridgeview

Ridgeview hosts a variety of events throughout the year, aimed at building community and providing fun entertainment for the whole family. Annual community events include First Responders’ Day, The Turkey Shoot, Valborgsmässoafton, and the End-of-Year Picnic.

valborgsmässoafton

An annual Ridgeview spring renewal! Bonfires, a night 5K race through the foothills, food, rock climbing, and even ax and javelin throwing!

Hosted by Sylvan Dale Guest Ranch.

First Responders’ DAy

First Responders’ Day is a fun-filled event hosted at Ridgeview during the school day. We invite numerous agencies to Ridgeview, such as the Colorado State Patrol, the Department of Homeland Security, the US Army, and many more. These local agencies set up in our school parking lot with their vehicles and gear and talk to our students about what they do in their day-to-day jobs.

We also host an appreciation lunch as a thank-you for our First Responders. Ridgeview Honors America’s Heroes!

Father Daughter Dance

An annual Ridgeview tradition for fathers and daughters of all ages. Tickets include: Music and contests with a live DJ,
professional portraits, and light refreshments and games.

All proceeds go to Ridgeview Families in Need and Teacher Appreciation.
