Most of my reading is non-fiction, though I am always up for a good recommendation for fiction. I specifically like books pertaining to Native Americans (especially the plains tribes), animals, WWII, and the slavery issue leading to the Civil War. I attended a professional development at Colgate University in 2015 (Abolitionism and the Underground Railroad) which allowed me to delve deeply into this topic.
